J	Jim S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaultra new high tech facility. First I noticed the staff were immediately interested in my needs, I required a small unit and they suggested one unit that was available. They verbally provided the dimensions of the unit, and I pictured it and visualized my items fitting in a smaller unit, so I asked if there was anything smaller, and they said yes there was still one unit that was actually smaller than the one they first suggested, and I inspected it and everything fit perfectly! The new locks was I'm interesting experience, since the quality of the locks were not congruent with the actual quality of the storage unit itself, along with the customer service which was near Perfection and very outgoing. I need I feel the need to mention more about the customer service, including how customer-centric is, instead of kind of pushing there suggestions upon you so that you may have an actual choice, instead of choosing what they seem to insist on providing. This is what sets Vaultra apart. Yolanda, Jenny and Augusta were very nice to me, and were empathetic toward the very few issues I had, and I was very satisfied!
J	Joshua Broughton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice facility with 24/7 keypad access. You can drive into the facility and unload your stuff without being affected by the weather. They provide heavy duty carts to move your stuff to your unit. You'll need to buy a cylinder lock in order to lock your unit; a regular pad lock won't work. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are helpful and courteous. Management is quick to respond to emails. I've rented for eight months with no issues. Highly recommended.

Each time I have visited the facility, since I rented my 10 x 5 locker, I have been impressed with the ease at which I can get to my locker and happy with my decision. The loading bay is a joy to enter and provides shelter year round as you off load your materials in a dry comfortable space. The 4 elevators are password protected large and clean. If you need a locker go and see it, there is none better and you will not be disappointed. Thomas MacDonald

Excellent customer service, everyone is well informed, ready and willing to assist you with your storage space needs, whether you connect with them over the phone, on line or in person. Our overall experience with Vaultra has been wonderful.

I have been renting from this location for nearly a year now and love the convenience to my office which happens to be geographically close to our new home we are building. This facility looks great and is very secure and clean. The people that work here are kind and welcoming and most importantly, helpful. A special shout out to all the personnel at this location especially Yolanda the Manager for watching my dog while I was shopping for moving supplies.
