★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a 0 rating, I most definitely would. You would think that in a time like today it would be easier to be treated equally when dealing with 'professionals.' The people are visible minorities themselves so, to be treating me as less than on more than one occasion is just unacceptable. If you don't like your job, get a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here is similar to the other negative reviews that I'm now reading about. The staff are rude and don't seem to want to be bothered. I was given a price over the phone and then given a higher price on arrival. When trying to ask questions about a product I'm told to read the instructions or given sarcastic remarks instead of answering the questions. They could have simply said they don't have the answer and I would have been satisfied with that. It all worked out in the end as I bought a competitive product elsewhere and it ended up being significantly cheaper.
