★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bombardier is a very disorganized company with a huge lack of leadership. The words: strategical business vision, lean, continuous improvement, and process development do not appear in any of their core policies and procedures. Supervisors and middle level managers do not have absolutely any clue about leadership and employee support. The level of process waste based on inefficiency is outrageous. Something as simple as setting up a regular work station with a desktop or laptop computer for a new employee might take over a month but the laughable irony of the situation comes when your own supervisor asks you: “Did you receive the e-mail I sent you? Unless their technology allows them to read e-mails from the palm of their hand then NO. Marie Pierre, you’re a laughable, irresponsible, disorganized, and lack of ethics “supervisor” who I hope never have to work with again in my entire profesional life until the day I retire.
