Leo was the best, and extremely knowledgeable. From knowing what products and services I needed, to getting condo board approval, to helping me finalize my flooring style/colour selection, to absolutely honoring our installation date/time, I was very impressed. The whole experience was 10/10 and the floor looks fantastic.
Very highly recommend! You won't find a better finished product and professional service anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As part of an insurance claim, Leo and his team of skilled tradesmen installed three different flooring types (hardwood, vinyl and porcelain tile) in several rooms of our home. They did an excellent job, completing the work in about a month.
Leo is a real professional who truly cares about customer satisfaction. He has excellent product knowledge and always makes himself available to answer questions and address customer concerns. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levon and his team did an amazing job installing a luxury vinyl floor and matching oak stairs in our basement after a recent flood. Our biggest challenge was overcoming Covid related supply issues that limited the availability of some floor choices. Levon was patient and continued to supply us with additional samples until we could find the right combination of flooring and availability.
He recommended using solid oak for the stairs and custom matched the stain to the vinyl flooring. I was a little skeptical at first, but after the installation, I was thrilled with the results. His team worked long hours and did an excellent job overcoming the wonkiness of our 50+ year old house. And even after we signed off, Levon returned to fix a couple of small details to ensure we had a perfect installation. I highly recommend Levon and Northern Carpet Services.
