★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a run in with this fellow. He was extremely rude and standoff ish. I was trying to correct him on mis information he tells customers about some of our products. He has zero respect and zero technical training. I would avoid this company at all costs. Try an NWFA certified company for really good results. This fellow is not worth your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall we are pleased with the refinishing of our hardwood floors. The colour looks great and the dog scratches are all gone. I am quite disappointed in the amount of dust that was all over our house. There was next to no prep work to seal off areas in our house. As a result there was a layer of saw dust on everything. The odour was also very strong and it took over 2 weeks for the smell to dissipate. We had to have our windows and patio doors open daily.
