Kia is the humblest person I’ve ever met. He knows a lot but never brags or acts like a know it all. His programs are fun and after listening to his nutritional advice I gained a lot. Thanks for everything

Amazing personal trainer! Kia's motivating advice really makes me have a better over all workout and better results. I would recommend NYPT to anybody who is looking to have a great workout session for a fair price.

I have been training with Kia for over a year. He is motivating and challenges you to reach higher but in a safe way so fear of injury. I would recommend you give his service a try if you are looking for guidance in meeting your fitness goals!

Before any detail: Kiarash is a must recommend! As a newbie to physical training I was pretty skeptical of everything related to it until I met my awesome trainer Kiarash a.k.a Kia. He was very friendly (still is!) and made me feel very comfortable. I have been training with him for past 4 months. He explains the exercises and their targeted muscle groups, he follows up regarding any discomforts I might have post the sessions, he also accommodates for my changing office schedules and is always motivating me to do better. I feel stronger ?️and I sleep better!? Changing me for good, a session at a time... Thank you Kia...

Been working with Kia on and off (due to my own inconsistencies!) for a few years now. He's always been extremely helpful and super on top of correct form so as to avoid any injuries, yet pushes hard to get you to the next level. Has also assisted with what to eat and when! Highly recommend - BOOM!

I had never hired a personal trainer before and I'm very grateful that I started my workout journey with him. Kiarash is very experienced and knowledgeable, and always mindful about preventing injuries. He customizes workout plans based on your body type and needs, which is very appreciated as I initially wasn't sure if personal training was for me. As a thin man in his late-30s who's always had a hard time gaining weight, I find his workout programs and advise on nutritions very very effective. I've been working out with him for about 6 months, and I've gained over 10 pounds in a very heathy, comfortable way. This may sound like nothing to a lot of people, but for me adding 10+ lbs by building muscle is something that I would never be able to achieve on my own. He pushes you to the next level, but our sessions never feel like a torture. I actually look forward to our sessions and have fun working out with him. I am so glad that I didn't start DIY'ing my workout based on random YouTube and Instagram videos. Now I understand that it's very easy to hurt yourself if you work out the wrong way. I highly recommend his service to anyone who wants to lose/gain weight through workout.
