T	Thiago Mazoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to wash your car. Expensive for how they wash. The machine uses only water and product to clean your car, nothing scrubbing it. Had to go to another place to wash again. Also they have a great structure but they don’t have great service. If you want to vacum your car, make sure you have coins or bring money. Even in a gas station you can use your card to buy the service. Anyways, I won’t go back there again

I like that it’s touch-less, so less likely you’ll scratch your car. There was 1 incident where the credit card machine took my payment without allowing me to access the carwash. After I emailing them that night, Team NSAW quickly replied the next morning and accommodated for me accordingly. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend coming here. It’s better than any touch-less or “Superworks” carwash at any name-brand gas station, e.g., Petrocan, Esso, etc., for taking care of your car.

Plenty of dirt remains on the bottom of the doors on both sides of the car, on the trunk, and on the hood by the headlights. Tremendously disappointing. I will be getting in touch with the company to express my frustration with the poor performance of their car wash. Terrible value. Avoid.
A	Allan Liang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This car wash is not worth the visit. The wash is done entirely by spraying water/soap at the car, no brushing involved. The result is that it leaves behind wiper marks and bird poop. The blower does nothing to dry out the car, you can see from the pictures how much water is left on the windshield after the blow-drying had ended. This place charges $15 for basic wash, and $20 for premium, it’s close to double the price at AutoShine, and half as effective a wash. Being so close to the highway and dusty part of the area, car gets dirty immediately after the wash with so much water still left on it.
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love an autowash. This one makes me really happy because the foam is multicoloured. Just beautiful. I could see car cleanliness sticklers not being happy with the final wash product. There are a few spots. But it is an auto wash. What do you expect! It is fun and you sit back and listen to your music. There are vacuums, auto floor mat and dryers on the side. I saw a dog wash but sadly do not have a dog nor was anyone using it.
A	Alistair Booth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am honestly speechless. Went to the self serve part, the vacuum was great, half of the machines were out of order but whatever. I then “washed” my car. They have shampoo which squirts out in very tiny amounts. The hose is not long enough so you have to pay twice to turn your car around to get the other side. And the WORST part of it all… NONE OF THE MACHINES DISPENSE WATER. How can you have a car wash without the actual wash aspect. My car is now going to be driving around the next 30 minutes with soap everywhere like a kid in a bubble bath.

Payment was easy, car wash was fast and effective, love the shine from the ice wax applied by the wash. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to my family and friends. Please open one at Burnaby so I DO NOT HAVE TO drive over the bridge!!!
