Always catch them over charging for BBQ propane refill. Take photo of propane meter prior to fill up!

I went there 2 times in the past month. Both times I have them roughly 40 dollars and they gave me only 20 dollars worth of gas. I’m convinced they are trying to steal from customers. If it happens again I’m reporting them.

Long time Petro Canada customer seriously disappointed by a complete lack of community Somebody had broken down immediately in front of the station. They had at least 3 staff members on. I asked it any of them would come help as we pushed the person into the parking lot but not one employee helped, although another customer did. Shameful behaviour.

Truckers avoid this place wont let you use the restroom even if you buy something "says to me it's out of service " trucker's are essential workers and we can't even use your restroom when purchasing something should be ashamed of themselves

Graveyard guy is layed back and super friendly. Only issue i have with this place is their propane shuts off at 8 or 9 pm. I have a company fuel card and they still turn me away

Staff is always polite and friendly. The issue I have is their pumps. I’ve repeatedly had issues with paying at the pump. I tried using my credit card a month back to pay and it said invalid pin…. Tried again same thing, tried a third time restricted card… (I didn’t have the wrong pin because I can go inside using the same card and pin to pay). So my credit cards now blacklisted from their pumps. Last week I go and try fuelling up, pull out a debit card…. Invalid pin! So I pull out a different credit card….. invalid pin. I go inside and pay for gas successfully using the same debit card and pin. The rep told me to try using the app, so I set that up, set the default max amount to $150, begin fuelling up and it stops at $15.00 ??‍♂️. I attempt a second transaction making sure that the max amount is set to $150. Guess what… stops at $15. I’m throwing the towel in. A few different reps have said they know the pumps are problematic and they have asked for new pumps but nothing from head office.

I have a medical issue I NEED to get access to a washroom. He has a small sign up saying the bathroom is out of order. I KNOW for a FACT that you cannot have staff working without access to a washroom. I wasn't asking for anything but to use the facilities. I WILL be calling this manager here and at the other two places that denied someone with a medical condition the ability to use the facilities in URGENT need. The courteous and considerate thing to do would have been to 1 look at your customer on the verge of tears and 2 have some human decency to let HER use even the staff washroom!
