I've been waiting for over 15 min outside as the newer male employee are standing around chatting, without informing me as to why the front door is locked. He had made eye contact with me afrer knocking and attempting to open the door. Thanks guys, extremely professional.
Update: finally after another customer came up and tried to heave on the door to post for gas, they realized they forgot to unlock it for over 20 min, after locking it to handle cash. Nice

I’ve worked at a very busy 711 before, and used to have multiple transactions on hold to help other customers. The staff at this location always seem lost, and act like they’re over worked when they have 2-3 customers in the store. I wish I had another store to go to, but this location is right near my work. I always dread going here.
