D	Dave Fowler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in over a month ago to replace a glass outdoor table top. Was told call this number i'm onsite.. called gave the women what we needed. Was told next week it would be in and i'd be contacted. Month later nothing. Call back, got a weird 'i don't have any woman working for me'. I'll call you back when i'm back in the office. Week later still nothing. So after wasting 6 weeks of my time i'm taking my business elsewhere.

Now a new world open up though the new glass. The door has the smoothest slide. We ask if they have these window stoppers as ours were broken and in an our they brought 3 for every window in the apartment. Fantastic job James. I highly recommend them.

He sells a range of products from glass to screens and even has ceramic glass for fireplace needs . James is a very personable, amusing man and I have enjoyed his company whilst dealing with glass requirements . I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone .
A	Anthony Vicente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My window glass broke and I was told to call this company and speak to James as he was my friends family friend and that he wouldn’t disappoint. Although he came in with good intentions and a good first impression he never got back to us. After waiting for couple weeks I gave him a call and he said the glass is still being ordered and waiting for arrival. I called again after a week (2weeks in total) he said they are still waiting for the arrival of the glass and now it’s been nearly 2 months. No call back, and same response. I think they are lying to me with the glass being ordered in, as a way to just shut me up and for us to move on. So that is what I’m doing, moving on to a different company. I give this company and James a 1 star for this bad experience.

Had to have a carpenter replace all the stops they put in as Lions Gate used the old ones. Had one window fog up within about 6 months. James says he has another one. Said he was coming by, we called and never got replies. One message that I would pick up the window and install myself. That was about a year ago. Don't rely on any product / workmanship guarantee actually followed through on. Wish I could post no stars August 16, 2020. What a class act. I give them a bad review because the service was bad and they have never responded to numerous calls to replace a window that fogged up. Even called me to say it arrived and was in the shop. I asked him to drop it at our house and I would install it myself. They find out where I work and post a bad review about my business when they have never contacted our business for anything, ever. Shows the level of integrity. When you get a bad review and you deserve it should you not try to fix it instead of saying you've never been contacted? Then posting a false review. He says he has no record of it, but I know he remembers it well.

Dining table glass replacement - the craftsmanship of the finished product is outstanding and the family is very satisfied. 2. The old broken glass top was brought to Lions Gate Glass Shop and the owner was very courteous to cut and shape it into a smaller table top glass. Cutting and sanding of the sharp edges was all done without any charges. it was a very satisfying experience. I will always recommend my friends and family to use the services of Lions Gate Glass and Screens Ltd for their domestic needs.
