★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carey the admin was rude with a senior and is rude every time communication is needed. The previous review for one star stating that the staff is unfriendly is 100% correct. Unprofessional and subpar customer service. Treating seniors with ignorance And disrespect is unacceptable adult behaviour
I have been to the clinic multiple times and this seems to be the standard and also seems to be accepted by management.
This is extremely disappointing as I have been recommended by someone who has been coming to this clinic for about 30 years.
I must admit that the doctors go above and beyond and we’re pretty amazing to deal with. Admin staff specifically carrie you suck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a long term patient at this clinic and my experience has been very different compared to the other reviews. I find the staff very efficient and professional. I have had no problems with the staff being rude. They are very accommodating when I have to change my appointment. I also find the assistants very helpful and friendly. The Doctor provides me and my family great care.
Highly recommend!
