★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the most terrible food-related experience I have ever had in Victoria. I ordered a delivery. One of two foods was completely different from what I order, and both of them tasted drastically different from how they were supposed to (everyone know how a Pad Thai supposed to taste). It's the worst place you can choose for getting noodles. Victoria has so many better options for Asian food. I don't recommend even getting close to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this noodle box a few times, since it’s the noodle box closest to me. Every time I’ve gone, the app always says a pickup time and I show up at that time and I ALWAYS have to wait at least 10-15 minutes until my order is ready. This is extremely frustrating. One time I went at my pickup time and they literally said they hadn’t even started it… most recently I went again tonight and yet again not ready at the pickup time. I waited over 15 minutes and when it was ready, my order was in a box not a bowl and the cashier forgot to give me the drinks so I had to drive back to grab them. I’m so disappointed, not sure I’ll be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In recent years the quality of the food declined. They went from being a place that I loved, to a place that I finally had to stop using, altogether. Their food was literally inedible.
The management don't seem to care and/or they don't know how to fix the problem. At one time they had a chef who cared. It showed. Since he left, they seem to hire inexperienced cooks who don't understand food/cooking.
Sadly, I have to recommend going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best noodlebox yet. Most of the time when we order from the shelbourne location it's good, but this time it was Superb. I ordered extra peanuts with an emphasis on the EXTRA, and they did not disappoint. My noodles were swimming in nuts & I could not have been happier. Excellent food, excellent service, and very nice, friendly person working cash & answering the phone. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 bowls for pick up via the Noodlebox app - meals didn’t seem fresh when we ate them 20 minutes later and two looked they were missing sauce or were very under-sauced. Later in the day, one of us became very sick and spent 8 hours throwing up. Another threw up a couple times but didn’t get as sick. We suspect it was the chicken as it was the common denominator. Anyways, Noodlebox used to be good but I would never order from here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a devout noodle boxer! However its really been going down hill lately, pricey, minimal and bad customer service. I ordered a jungle curry box from this location. I was home 5 minutes later and found that the bottom leaked to the point that it soaked the bag and my car seat with sauce. When I lifted the bowl out of the bag it collapsed and everything fell out. I got to to salvage 1|4 of the food. I called to say I want a refund and I was offered 50% off my next box if I bring in the bowl. I had to spend 30 minutes trying to clean my car seats and floor!! Never again!!! Nice customer service! For 21$$$ I would expect better packing integrity. What a joke!! There are cheaper and better options in Victoria… I suggest you try them! Im in favour of Little Thai myself :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wettest Pad Thai I've ever been served. While I appreciate the healthy menu option, the zucchini noodles were not strained, which resulted in pad thai flavoured soup. The "prawns" were overcooked and rubbery and the extra water washed out every spice except the peppers. I know, it's just a Noodlebox, but if I order the zucchini substitution again, I'll ask for that on the side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take out for pick up. 1 Cambodian Jungle Curry and 1 Pad Thai with extra sauce! Ordered the recommended noodle choices for both.
Both dishes were dry, lack sauce and flavour. When I called Noodle box to ask for a way to fix, I was informed that because we chose Rice Noodle (the recommended noodle) all the sauce gets soaked up. also, the fact that we ordered extra sauce and the pad Thai was STILL dry, didn't help
All that was offered was a $5.00 credit.
Really unimpressed.
