โ โ โ โ โ Went down due to some issues with the transfer paperwork for the sale of my car, and the person I dealt with was very unhelpful and unprofessional. He refused to accept the help his coworkers were offering him, acted like he was being inconvenienced when the buyer has questions, and kept making snide comments at me when the buyer asked me to stay.

โ โ โ โ โ Just was at the Victoria Shelbourne office and had a great experience. Shannon S. was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Not only did she help with my car insurance but was able to file a claim on my car and while she was doing this was also able to clarify on my condo policy with Intact. I was very happy to hear Intact now offers $100k coverage for my earthquake deductible. Thanks
