W	Will All on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put 3 tracking numbers on the door slip but one of the numbers was for someone else and they wrote that persons name on the slip. I had to do a lot of work to figure out what happened and the rude, condescending, grumpy, unprofessional girl at this pick-up location was of zero help.

Contacted the company that I ordered from and could not get the phone number for who should have been delivering it and now apparently it is heading back to the shipper. Super horrible customer service when the receiver has no idea that you tried to deliver and the tracking number only says it is in Canada.

j	john smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. They tried to deliver a package when I was not home. There was a notice for pick up. When I went on Sunday to pick up at the time listed on the pick up tag, I was told the courier had not dropped of the package from Friday. They did not have a time to come back and no offer to call me. The business looked very, very disorganized with tons of boxes everywhere. Now we are being told it was delivered and to check with my neighbours...I live in a very large apartment building and checking with neighbours is not an option. I belive this business to be a scam or front for something else.
R	Rick C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy a lot of stuff online and have never encountered such poor service. They left me a note 6 days ago that the package would be at their "warehouse" on the Monday. They left the wrong date with an illegible tracking number. We go to pick it up in the back of a restaurant to be informed the driver "forgot to return it". They suggested an alternate delivery date because they messed up. They assured me they would get it out to me the next day. I call in to check and was told the package was delivered. I told them it had not because my business had been open from 8:30 to 5:30 and nothing had come. I said they were lying and then someone said the the delivery driver did not work that day. Again they could not locate the package. Eventually they did. I again spoke with someone who assured me it would be at the "warehouse the next day because the driver would be back at work. I called to confirm and was assured it was there. My friend who lived near the warehouse picked it up for me. They had trouble finding it but eventually did... absolutely the worst service. I would never ship anything or knowingly receive anything thru them... seems after looking at the other reviews I am not alone....

L	Leon G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place where shared with restaurant dining room full of food smells. The parcels littered on the ground in mess status. They like to send you a door tag instead of parcel without contact with you while you're at home.

I was told that this place doesn’t arrange deliveries, it was pick up only. Then they hung up on me. I emailed the address on the tag, it’s in Vancouver. What a s**t excuse for a company.
