★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a line every time I come to this location, only one person is helping customers, the rest are either talking to each other or doing tasks they can probably do after taking care of the people waiting on line.
Update: so I go to ship a phone battery which i got from amazon and was delivered by Postal service. I tried sending it over seas and i did let them know its a phone battery. Guess what, package came back saying it can't be delivered because its a battery, went back and they told me that they can't refund a package that was already shipped. Please then NEXT time just listen to what the customer has to say... Because I did tell you prior of sending it out that this in fact is a phone battery... thanks for wasting my time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service with one staff member who wasn’t knowledgeable on shipping and could not refund an order immediately after he printed the label. We asked him for the cheapest method of delivery and he did not advise us on the best option. Instead we ended up paying $25 for a package that should’ve been $8 to deliver. Doubt anyone will be following up with this experience or review.. but we visited the store today (jan 31st)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a place where the employee who’s clearly been working there for too long doesn’t serve you with a smile? Maybe you want someone to make snide remarks under their breath when it becomes clear that you don’t know the postal system front to back? Well you’ve come to the right place!
If what you’re after is slow inefficient service, however, you’ll have to go elsewhere. As long as ‘jaded employee’ is working, your parcel will be sent in a timely manner, just don’t expect a side of good customer service and you’ll be fine!
My mom always said we have to take the good with the bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the worst managed post office, year after year. Customer service is non-existent, occasionally rude. Go elsewhere if you can and definitely do your homework online before sending a package. They will quote you the most expensive option as they don’t scroll down unless you point out to them than there are other options, and will also make errors in measurements so you’ll end up paying a lot more than necessary.
