★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been shopping at Ricki's for about a decade and a half now and Hillside is BY FAR my favorite location that I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the manager (I assume she's the manager? Haha. I've never actually asked. But her Australian accent always makes me smile) always recognizes me when I walk in (which is really sweet because I can usually only afford to clothes shop a couple times a year!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I hate trying on clothes, I hate going into clothing stores, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and were SO friendly.
I've been to places where the ladies have commented negatively on my weight (I'm 150lbs) but the ladies here were so nice and never made me feel bad about clothes I tried on.
