★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them three time and left voicemails. They did not return my call.I request to cancel my home insurance. They charged me full finance fee for 12 month and can you believe cancellation fee $80. When I asked explanation please ?poor response?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought insurance for my car last Saturday, went home and realized that the insurance sticker was missing so went back this morning. Explained my situation to the receptionist and somebody walked out of the office and heard what we were talking. His first comment was "you must have lost it". He repeated it a few times even though I told him I was sure the agent didn't give it to me. Long story short, eventually the receptionist found the decal in their in-basket. He then just walked out the door without even looking at me or offered an apology. Very disappointed in how I was treated and basically accused of lying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed my insurance last year at this insurance company. One of the employees who speaks Chinese is total under train. Didn’t even ask the current odometer reading of my car, which is mandatory. By driving under 5000Km/yr could save me 10% of my insurance which is a lot for a new driver. But the employee didn’t inform me that at all!!!!!! Be aware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always had a positive experience... convenient and efficient. Good place to go and get insurance renewed without no line ups. Always get good service at Waypoint insurance. We've been coming here for years for our insurance. Owner and staff are very friendly,welcoming and knowledgeable who can get you in and out quickly. I highly recommend this place. I always refer family members and friends to go there for their car and home insurance. Keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. My boyfriend and I went in to update our insurance. The man we spoke to was extremely patronizing. He kept talking down on us and acted exasperated when we asked questions. We definitely will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not return emails/phone calls. Website under "contact us" and "how are we doing" only lets you submit 4 or 5 stars. 3 stars and below does not allow you to submit your rating. Why do you need fixed ratings. Seems fraudulent.
Insurance company notifies you 2 weeks after your policy has expired. After many phone calls and emails, it takes another 10 days for them to send you renewal documents. If you choose to go to another insurance company because the new company was able to insure your house sooner than wait for the incompetence of Waypoint, Waypoint charges you a 2.5 month charge as a mid-policy cancellation policy. There would have been no mid policy cancellation had they sent you the insurance renewal documents at least 30 days BEFORE your policy expires. Hey policy holder: we messed up and if you don't like it, we will charge you extra to leave us.
