She treats our animals with respect and always goes the extra mile to research the weird diseases my animals have had over the years. She has given us peace of mind and when it comes to saying goodbye she grieves with us. I know that dealing with a house of crying people and having to put a cherished love one to sleep, is not easy for any vet. As a vet she shows composer, but I have seen her tear up. I know she cares about my pets. We will always be grateful for her at our time of great sadness. S.V.

We were very grateful to have our pet be in her home with us at her side until the very moment she was gone. It was a completely humane and peaceful experience thanks to Dr Patt.

We wanted to do it at home rather than bring our cat back into the vet office (which usually stressed our cat out) and Noah's Ark came recommended by our regular vet. Dr. Patt was very gentle and compassionate, and she explained everything that was happening/would happen during the appointment.

I have to imagine our situation is a common one, and that must be an immeasurably difficult part of her job. Dr Patt was both professional and compassionate. She explained everything that she was going to do and asked our permission before each step. She gave us time and space to say our final goodbyes and was patient and understanding of our grief and tears. Above all, her service allowed us to say goodbye to Chevy surrounded by those who loved her, and in an environment where she could be held, calm and comfortable. She made a very sad day for our family just a little bit better, and for that we are so very thankful.

She was extremely professional and courteous; giving everyone the chance to be there for the pup and making sure everyone knew what they could potentially see so it was not a surprise. I’ve seen and done many rainbow bridge transitions and this was one of the best I have experienced. Kudos to Dr Patt for having done such a fantastic job.
