At Nirvana, we have carefully selected professional products, offering a vibrant and extensive colour collection with long lasting wear.
OPI products have been the world leaders in professional nail care for many year, with a reputation built on commitment to quality and excellence with every product. Enjoy choosing your polish from the new collections or go with classic polishes such as Let Me Bayou a Drink. OPI also offer a trade-defining take home product, Nail Envy which is a nail strengthener, providing stronger harder nails and on average, growth is seen within 2- 3 weeks, while also coming in a large variety of colours.
For our gel polishes, we offer a wide selection from both OPI and IBD. IBD is International Beauty Design, known as a trusted go to for top nail professionals and iconic formulas. It cures quickly under UV light and protects nails with stronger long lasting wear. Our selection consists of 200 colours and we challenge you not to find at least 1 colour you fall in love with.
Our lotions and washes are all paraben free, coming in a wide selection of delicious fragrances such as minty delicious, and calming lavender or sweet vanilla. The lotions are Canadian made and new scents are launched seasonally. With such a wide selection, you can feel free to pick your scent according to your mood each day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently attended the spa for my very first pedicure (a bday gift?).
I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. The spa was clean, attractive and had no unpleasant odours (unlike other nail salons I had picked up daughter's from).
The young lady providing the service was charming and kind. She explained every step of the process. Her expertise and warm personality had me relaxed very quickly.
I noted, too late to take advantage, that I could have had a beer with my pedi!
Will go back with my girlfriend for a spa date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In September, I gifted our daughter a very special and rare gel nail manicure at Nirvana. Things were fine regarding the booking, the friendliness during our treatment, and we were advised of their 7 day guarantee. Three days after the gel nail treatment, the nails began to fall off. Five days after the treatment, most of the nails were off. We phoned on day 6 to report our dissatisfaction. The person we spoke to at the time was extremely dismissive and told us that they have a 5 day guarantee. When we told her that we had been repeatedly informed of a 7 day guarantee, she told us we were out of luck. She also revisited my daughter's chart and told us of the note on her file stating that our daughter's nails were short and in this case, it was unlikely gel nails would adhere. This was the first mention to us regarding the probability of success. I asked to speak to a Manager, and the staff member to whom I was speaking, rudely stated that she would have her Manager contact us. She hastily confirmed our phone number with an impatient tone and quickly ended the call. It has been two months since that interaction, and there has been no follow-up. $60 for three days of nice nails is not what we were hoping for. Conflicting reports of "days of guarantee" were not what we were hoping for. Being treated dismissively was not what we were hoping for. Being ignored is not what we were hoping for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again! Booked an appointment over 2 wks ago and told them what I needed and that I am fussy. All I wanted was an experienced gel nail technician that could do French nails. They told me everyone working there has had many years of experience and they all knew their skill.
Well today the technician told me she would do her “best”, that she has only 2 months in this field and she doesn’t do French well! Now I am the point of no return as she has already started! Over 2 hours and the result I got was awful! The technician was nice enough but not good at her work! I paid for the service but never going back again!
As a follow up; the owner has contacted me and receive pictures from me from the results of the work I received from her salon. She refuses to tell me who would redo my nails as she had offered this as a solution,
And continually asked me for more information. As a result of all this my frustration grew and I asked for my money back. Now she refuses to acknowledge me and I have had no response from her. She feels that I gave insulted her staff and salon by having expressed my feelings and therefore dismissed me.
Not too professional to treat customers with such little regard. This speaks volumes of her business and social skills.

Anastasia was absolutely amazing, and it felt so refreshing to be a client of someone who is so gentle and caring. I have booked next month already and will be a permanent client going forward!

My pedicure was with Hannah and she was just lovely. She did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend her and this salon to anybody. Go for a pampering...you won't be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting a salon, after years of my wife telling me I should go. Anistasia made me feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the salon is very clean and modern. It was also great to learn that all the products they use are Vegan and organic. It's nice to see a business being more conscious about the environment.
After years of neglecting my feet, they finally got the help they needed. I am extremely happy with the results and found the pricing to be very reasonable. Now I understand why my wife gets pedicures! I will definitely be back!

It was a very average pedicure for $65 and that was discounted from $79, it didn't even include a scrub. That being said the gal who did my pedi did a great foot massage and very nice polish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a fantastic experience at Nirvana Nail Bar. The salon was spotless and the staff were very welcoming. The decor and atmosphere was incredibly Zen! Nirvana uses high quality products, many are organic and planet friendly. The soothing spa environment during the leg massage portion of the treatment practically had me falling asleep. Even the detailed presentation of the coffee was worth talking about. I have had many pedicure treatments around the city and have been satisfied, but the attention to detail, quality of products, and the great staff at Nirvana all make this my new favourite spa.
