β β β β β Very disappointed. Got acrylic nails with shellac polish on top. Nail tips were applied crooked, round tips were not even and acrylic was applied way to thick and not all the way to the back of the nail bed. Looks like they are grown out even though I just got them done. Shellac polish job was rushed and sloppy. When I went to pay, I paid and tipped. Then the receptionist proceeded to stop me from leaving because they charged me for the wrong thing and I owed them another 5$ which I had to pay. Not happy with your services and will never be returning again.

β β β β β Went here to get my first acrylic nails with shellac. First let me say that the service is garbage. I can't even say that the staff are unfriendly because they barely even acknowledge your existence. My nail tips were applied crooked and were quite messy in general. When I returned to have them taken off, I received the same type of customer service from a different staff person. Immediately after the acrylic and shellac was removed, she told me to wash my hands, and left. I'm honestly surprised that there was no aftercare involved.
Would not recommend purely because of their customer service. Just brutal.

β β β β β I recently went to get my eyebrows and nails done here, since I usually go every month or so. The staff is usually professional and kind, and I would have no problem what so ever. I also have to mention that I always pick this specific worker to do my eyebrows because she knows how I like them done. However, this time, when I picked her over another worker, I had to wait until she was done doing someone elseβs nails because the rest of the staff didnβt want to do my nails. I just found this really unprofessional because I feel as though the staff should be professional at all times. They shouldnβt have taken it personally that I chose that worker instead of them. To top it all off I got a cut underneath my eyebrow and it wonβt stop hurting. Overall the most negative experience Iβve had there.

β β β β β It is twice that I have been to this place. I got acrylic nails done and a pedicure. The first time, I got Kim. She is very nice. I liked her, but I wasn't happy with the work that was done. The acrylic nail was really elevated around the cuticle. It should have been filed down. It was so elevated, I could have hung tassles on them if I wanted to. The pedicure was done very well. Maybe she is inexperienced on acrylic nails? The second time I went, I got a really rude girl. This time, however, she did an amazing job on my refill for my acrylic nails, but she was very rough when filing down the edges of my nails. She was getting angry with me becaus I could not understand what she was saying and I didn't know which station to go to for the painting of my nails. It was very stressful. My rating for the first person would be a 2 for the work. My rating for the next person would be a 4. -1 for the attitude. This would make this place a 3 out of 5. I noticed that a lot of people gave this place a bad rating. Is there a place you would recommend?

β β β β β We booked for a wedding party, 11 people. The place was very busy and even though we had an appointment we had to wait up to 30 minutes. They sat us down as seats became available. The lady doing my nails was rude. It was my first time having a pedicure and she slapped my foot at one point. I'm usually very patient with people whose first language isn't English, however my lady got very angry at me for not being able to understand her. She made me pay before the job was even finished, saying that I could chip the paint because I wasn't getting shellac. All of the workers didn't talk to any of the clients. What was supposed to be a relaxing time was an utter nightmare. My choice of nail colours were heavily criticized, my toe knuckles were buffed instead of the nail because she wasn't watching what she was doing, and I moved a toe a fraction of an inch when she put my flip flop on and she got very angry. Never will I step inside this place again.

β β β β β Absolutely horrible service. My experience was nothing but stressful. I went to get acrylic nails for my sisters prom, they ended up cutting my cuticles a little too short, causing a slight infection that night. They "cleaned" it out the best they could. The following morning my finger was in such pain I could barley move it. I went to the clinic the same day to realize I had an infection under my nail that could have spread to my hand. Thankfully I was given antibiotics and the swelling and pain went down. That same day, I went back to Nice One Nails to explain what had happened, hoping for some store credit. There response was, "it was not our fault, and there's nothing we can do about it." Might I also note, the woman who had done my nails was working that day and simply "forgot" the situation. In conclusion I didn't get any store credit, I was treated horribly, and it's safe to say I will NEVER be returning there again. Hope this review helps others when making that decision!

β β β β β I attended this location for a quick pedi. They were prompt and courteous. The employee who did my pedicure mistakenly wrote the wrong price for my service. I thought it was a bit high but was in a hurry to make my next appointment so just went to the front to pay. After I paid, I left and got into my car. Just before starting my car I see the employee come out of the establishment and wave me over. She acknowledged her error, asked me to please come in so that I could be reimbursed for the overpayment. That kind of honesty will have me return again for services. Thank you and well done.

β β β β β I have been a client of Joyβs at this location for about 4 years. I have seen her monthly for manicures (and the occasional pedicure) and she is WONDERFUL!!! She is friendly, but professional. She does a great job with my nails, is ALWAYS on time, and gets me in and out quickly!
The salon is clean an the staff are very friendly!
