★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really take care of you at NexGen hearing in Royal Oak. Nothing is too much trouble. Ronyn (Audiologist) and Shelley (Receptionist) are very knowledgeable. They always give me a warm welcome when I go to see them. I love my hearing aids and I am very glad to feel that they are taking care of me.

They set me up with my first hearing aid and made sure I understood everything along the way. I can't imagine a better place to seek help for your hearing solution and I am very happy I choose them. Robin was very professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She designed my hearing aids to correct background and voice sounds perfectly. I now feel more balanced with my hearing aids and comfortable in crowds. I highly recommend NEX GEN HEARING (Royal Oak).

I was pretty nervous getting my first pair of hearing aids but Robbyn's patience and kindness made it a really comfortable process, from testing to adjusting the hearing aids to my specific needs. Having had such a great experience I've now just purchased my second set of hearing aids. Shelley always greets you with a smile and is great at helping answer any questions ! I'm happy to continue to recommend Robbyn and Nex Gen Royal Oak for hearing tests and purchasing hearing aids , really wonderful service.
