β β β β β I had two hearing tests done (first one at their former location by the blood donor clinic, today at their current location within Munro Centre) referred by my GP in relations to to my MVA. Both receptionist and audiologist were very pleasant and professional to deal. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who is starting to have doubts about their hearing capabilities and need a check.

β β β β β Jeff Germain has supplied and serviced my hearing aids for 29 years. He has tested my hearing on a regular basis. I find Jeff a professional individual as well as friendly and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend Beltone Victoria.

β β β β β Recently, the receiver on one of my hearing aids failed and Marlene was able to book me in for an appointment the following day. Lindsay fixed the problem quickly and, only one day after phoning for the appointment, I was back to hearing with both ears! I have received exceptional service from the Beltone location in Victoria ever since purchasing my first pair of hearing aids in 2006 and, over the years, I have always found the staff at Beltone to be friendly, competent and efficient.

β β β β β Recently moved to Saanich and stopped in to enquire as to whether they serviced my brand of hearing aids because one needed a minor repair. I was greeted by a very kind lady who informed me they do not carry my brand but she offered to try and resolve the issue anyways. Unable to assist me, she let me know of a company that carries my brand of hearing aid.
I went to the other company and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Suffice to say, I am not a current client of Beltone but I will be in the near future when I need a new set of hearing aids.

β β β β β The people were kind, courteous, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They cleaned up my hearing aids, made an appointment for a full hearing test, and I was out of there in no time. I was happy to see that they had all their Covid-19 safety protocols in place to protect their staff and customers. Nice job guys!
