They did not try to push any unnecessary treatments or products, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me with my issues. I would recommend their services to anyone having hearing concerns.

The facility is new and extremely clean. Don’t hesitate to book here, you will not be disappointed with their customer service.

From the cheerful welcome from the lady at the front desk, to the professionalism demonstrated by Carson Tiede - and some dog kisses as a bonus - I received excellent care throughout my visit. Carson was also very patient with me (!) during a follow-up visit to help me grasp how best to insert the ear plugs, which work wonderfully well. I would not hesitate to recommend this business and Carson Tiede to you for your hearing care needs.

He made efficient use of the appointments so that my father did not have to come back for molds after the tests . His wife Toni helps him in the office and is very friendly and kind. They make a great team and provide outstanding service and make you feel like you are completely at home. They communicate effectively and give you all you need. My father has been to 4 different hearing aid companies in Victoria and this is by far the best.

Got to see inside my ears which was very interesting! Carson was professional and explained everything very well. He took his time and was very patient with my questions. Toni was also very helpful, she phoned my health insurance provider to ask about coverage. Wilson, the clinic dog, was also lovely. They also both asked if I was okay with dogs. Which was very thoughtful, considering some people may be afraid of dogs or have allergies. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!
