★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Repeat customer since it opened and I live in the neighbourhood and it’s been nice to buy from someone local but the other day I bought the brand Saturday sour pineapple Vape cartridge and it is not worked properly since I got it. It has been gummed up and the company called Weed MD which sells the brand Saturday to rise is not gonna help me out and replace the cartridge and neither is rise cannabis they are not going to help me out Either. So when they say keep your receipts if something goes wrong with it you can return it or exchange it. But what they mean is if you have a problem it’s on you and don’t come back Unless you want to buy more. I am sorry to say but I will not be buying from you guys anymore and I am going to tell all my friends not to buy from rise and all the other companies Associated with the 4 mile group. If you want to make right I will be happy to here what you can do for me.
No thanks I guess I want Be coming back anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Bought a vape cart that was half empty and they would not exchange for a new one. They offered 25% off which was not a sufficient solution. I will not be going back and I will be spreading the word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in and purchased a 14 pack of the flix and chill joints and I opened the package to realize that the joints are MUCH smaller compared to the joints in my 7 pack of kush punch and they both claim to be 0.5g. I also work in a dispensary and this definitely needs to be addressed with the supplier. These joints are not 0.5g, they are 0.3g being passed as 0.5g.
Just a heads up that Rise will not take any item back regardless if it is defective or not. They refused to give me a refund and instead offered me a discount on my next purchase. So not only did I loose 1.4g on my purchase but they wanted me to make another purchase in order to rectify my defective item. Pineapple express or Riverside in sooke DO exchange or refund if there is a problem and I am sure others do too. It's a safer bet to shop at places that will not make the customer take a loss if the item is defective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience trying to exchange a faulty product. Came back 10 minutes after I purchased it, and they refused to exchange but offered me a 25% discount. Saving 10$ when I lost 50$ is a joke. Will not be coming back ever again. They're completely overpriced as well. Checkout literally any other dispensary and stay away from these crooks.

When the staff is asked for the 10 for $20 pack of pre roll's that are on sale, same as the person my partner went in the store with ordered, but instead is given a 3 for $30 pack, to then argue over it being what was asked for with my partner. We both have also been in this industry, that is not an easy mistake to make and the disrespect on the matter when a competitor is just down the road makes it impossible to recommend this shop at this time.
