★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time customer. Last time customer. Initial experience was meh. I felt overcharged. I wasn't given an itemized receipt so added everything up based on online prices. Turns out I was charged twice for an item. I called early in the am the next day and the gal said she would look for my receipt online and call me back. 2.5 hours later I called to see what was up. The gal, Becky, told me she needed to talk to the owner and would call me back. She didn't so I called. She said the owner has to watch surveillance to verify. I thought sure fair enough. Another 2 hours passed so I called. Becky told me the owner was looking into it. I asked why it was taking so long and Becky told me the owner has a life and is doing there thing. I told her this was ridiculous. Almost 5 hours and it hasn't been resolved. I said should I assume this won't be dealt with today. Becky said well if you assume it may be. Seriously what does that mean?Becky clearly was agitated and didn't want to deal with me and kept laughing it off. I also wanted to return an item Becky told me I couldn't because of covid, then said it was because it would be to hard for them to repackage (it was literally just rolled in foam wrap) then she said the government won't let her. I suggest you inform your staff and put up some signage about returns.
Really wanted to support a small local business but hard pass.

Shout out to Jacob the manager, gave me an excellent suggestion "Mint Sour" I told him basically what I was looking for and he more than delivered. If you haven't checked this place out yet your missing out on some major deals, premo bud and friendly conversation.
