★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about the Broadmead/Oak Bay Clinic family. I have been through seven sets of hearing aids over the past 32 years and my ENT specialist said I have the hearing of a retired tug boat captain. I have a very difficult type of hearing to fix as I have lost pretty well all of my high tones, and it wasn't until I came to see Erin Wright that I realized that having your hearing aids adjusted DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PAINFUL. Oh my gosh! I used to simply dread going to my hearing appointments. They would adjust this, and adjust that ... they would take at least two hours every time I went in and I never could hear properly afterwards. Erin knew exactly what my problem was - she's right on top of the newest technology. What's more (as if that wasn't enough), she set me up with a TV device that works fantastic, and also a microphone that I can clip to my yoga instructor and hear her crystal clear, or use it for meetings. It doesn't make me actually understand people better but it makes it it so that I have a fighting chance. Did I mention the hearing aids I received were a fraction of the cost of the last place I went? Yes, I could go on and on...

I was able to try several very good hearing aids and ended up getting the state of the art Oticon OPN aids. They have made a real difference to my (and my wife's) life and I continue to receive first class follow-up service. I thoroughly recommend this audiologist and company, they really care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to the Oak Bay Hearing Clinic for a hearing test where Lewis then adjusted my hearing aids. When I stepped outside I was in a whole new world. Obviously my aids were never adjusted properly, I could hear the birds singing, the grit under my shoes. Now I understand my grandchildren. I moved here a year ago and I recommend everyone to go to Oak Bay Hearing Clinic. They are professionals. Many thanks Lewis you have made this appointment a whole new world for me.

Knowledgeable, gave me options, wasn't trying to sell, but to actually help. She helped me get into what I needed, and followed through making sure all my questions were answered and things were great after the fact. The support staff were friendly and helpful. Loved my experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was vacationing on Vancouver Island and one of my hearing aids stopped working. I took a long shot and emailed the Broadmead Hearing Clinic to see if they could help. To my surprise, they invited me to stop in, and fixed me right up! Both hearing aids were dried out and given new receivers and wires and I’m hearing so much better that my husband keeps making me jump! So grateful for the responsiveness, can-do-ness and incredible above-and-beyondness of the Broadmead staff. Thank you from the bottom of my eardrum ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Oak Bay/Broadmead Hearing Clinics. Since day one they have been unfailingly helpful, professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The hearing aids they recommended, which were not the most expensive option, have worked flawlessly – I feel so much more connected with the world than I was. When I recently experienced near total hearing loss in one ear, Dr. Wright immediately diagnosed the problem and identified the solution. Thanks to the medication she recommended, my hearing was back to normal in a few days. Without her help the loss might well have been permanent.
I’d always assumed that hearing clinics were just in the business of selling hearing aids. I can now say without hesitation that Oak Bay/Broadmead Hearing Clinics are real healthcare professionals who find solutions to hearing challenges and support their clients in the long run. I could not recommend them more strongly!
