I work as an RN and get incredibly sore (neck spasms, tension headaches, etc). I have had problems in the past at other massage poaces where they don't really listen to what I need worked on, or don't take seriously that I want something therapeutic and not just relaxing. Katie has worked with me a few times and has not only been fantastic at giving therapeutic massage but also really knowledgeable with tricks and tips for when I go home. They are reasonably priced, extremely professional staff and would recommend them to anyone!

Nathan has been by far the best massage therapist I have ever been able to find! I moved to Kamloops about two years ago and I haven't been able to find anyone comparable. There hasn't been any therapist that can read my muscles and have such effectiveness with their treatments as Nathan. He has an insane talent! The clinic is clean, calm and very inviting. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Her technique is excellent and I always feel comfortable on the table. I saw Jennifer and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed. She has a unique order of working through the different muscle groups that I found incredibly relaxing. Her foot massages are amazing too. My body was fully calm and content by the end of the session. In addition, Jennifer went out of her way to provide me with another referral she thought might be helpful - service that was above and beyond. I would definitely book with her again.
J	Joy Flower on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting frequent and regular massages from Caitlin Milloy at Saanich Massage Therapy for several years now, and I must say that Caitlin is the BEST massage therapist that I have ever known. She is highly professional, smart, empathetic, and client centered. She knows her stuff extremely well - what muscles do what and what are the root cause of muscle pain or discomfort, and her hands and fingers go straight to the root of the problems. Every time getting a treatment from Caitlin is a marvelous treat, a self-care act that makes me feel good inside-out. Once my low-back pain was so bad that I had to book a chiropractor appointment, but at the massage that day Caitlin identified it’s a QL muscle issue due to too much sitting. She worked her way to the deep muscles and gave me three exercises to do. Sure enough, my low-back pain disappeared in a couple of days. She also treated my tension headaches many times. I am grateful that I have Caitlin as my massage therapist. A number of friends who went to Caitlin are also extremely happy and found Caitlin to be not only professional and extremely helpful but also very nice, kind, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Caitlin to anyone who values a good massage.
