I purchased a new BAHA recently from Dr. Meg Hernandez, who was most helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed to get the most from my new aid. We are fortunate to have this excellent professional service in Victoria.

Recently my husband's hearing aids were lost and Mae was so kind as she helped us to replace the aids quickly, and she loaned us a pair until the new ones arrived. She is an angel! Thank you Mae for your exceptional care.

While I was there, I witnessed an elderly man who was having problems with his hearing aid. The technician cleaned it and checked the wires. He put it in and said that it was perfect. All that with gentleness, a smile and no charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very successfully used the services of Connect Hearing for over 20 years. The service has always been excellent, in particular representing my needs to DVA. Staff has always been considerate and caring and attentive to my needs. I recently relocated to Oak Bay, BC, and reached out to the Oak Bay Connect Hearing Clinic, which welcomed me warmly and continued meeting my needs very well, in a caring manner, despite the COVID Pandemic. Following a recent annual hearing checkup, I was advised by Dr. Mae Hernandez, Audiologist, that I we in need of new hearing aids and could take advantage of more recent technology. advances. Dr Hernandez prepared and presented my case to and received approval from DVA. In doing so, she was very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and caring. She listened carefully to my needs and presented viable options and provided workable solutions. My wife and I are very pleased with the resulted improvements in my hearing capabilities and wish to express our appreciation to her and the staff of the Oak Bay Connect Hearing Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worn hearing aids for years and always have received competent help from the audiologists I have seen but one of them really stands out. It is Dr. Mae Hernandez at the Cadboro Bay Clinic in Victoria BC. She is especially good at diagnosing hearing and equipment problems and finding solutions. In addition she takes time to clearly explain what she is doing and what the results mean. I rate her work as 5 out of 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mae has been my Audiologist since I got my first hearing aids 10 years ago. She is consistently very helpful, attentive, proficient , very professional and friendly. I had a session with her yesterday where my hearing was tested, the hearing aids adjusted & fine tuned & as usual a very pleasant satisfying visit.
The front office staff likewise are very friendly .
This office location is much easier to get to than downtown as well easier to get parking.
Highly recommend Dr. Mae Hernandez & Connect Hearing.
