★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had a good deep tissue massage in quite awhile. Tricia is very good. Very responsive and also very observant of physical cues. She also has a great understanding of trauma and how it can manifest physically.
It appears I may have gained a new Chiro as well while there. One stop,two great health benefits.

I had the privilege of being treated by Dr Stefanie Yao today. They are a very knowledgeable Chiro. They deliver information in way that is easy to understand. I also like how there were ways given to me to fix my issues through exercise. There was compassion for where I am at and Stefanie is a fabulous and attentive listener.
I have definitely found my new care pair lololol

Started going to Victoria Enhanced Sport and Spine following a motor vehicle accident.
I was a little nervous at first because I'm not the sporty type but they have been beyond great!
They welcomed me in and right from my first interaction with Denise at the reception desk, I knew I was in the right place.
It's great to be able to get both my massage therapy and chiropractor care under one roof.
They work hard to ensure my appointments are back to back in a way that compliments one treatment after the other.
Both Tricia Tait and Dr. James McCowan set time to discuss my treatment goals and they continue to update these at every appointment.
They both take absolutely excellent care of me and ensure that I am improving as expected with their treatments.
The practice bends over backwards to book me in around my difficult scheduling needs and Tric, James and Denise work in tandem to ensure all ICBC reports are sent in and requests for extensions are produced as required without me having to lift a finger!
Tricia's massage sessions are wonderfully therapeutic and calming.
James always ensures he is treating all of my complaints not just related to the accident.
I genuinely feel heard and cared for by this fantastic team!
I highly highly recommend them!

I used to see someone else, but needed an emergency appointment once while the other person was on vacation and that's when I met Stef. Since then I've never looked back and will only see Stef.
I've recommended her to friends and family and they all agree, Stef is amazing!
She really listens to any problems you are having and you will leave feeling better than when you went in.
11/10 recommend.
