★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic place to get your body working the way it should! I came in for chronic upper back pain that I couldn't manage on my own for the past six months. With the help of Matt I was able to get ahead of it and feel strong and happy again! The staff are all very lovely and accommodating. Pricing is very reasonable. They practice social distancing etc so you can feel safe when you go in :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pain in my neck, turns out it had been strained for 4 months. I now have more motion in my neck after some comfortable treatment. Was shown a few stretches and will return when I have the time to go in again.
10/10 will be going back again to finish my neck treatments.

I just wanted to look more refreshed and age well for my age but nothing more. The team is very caring, warm, passionate and made me feel at ease that I’m in good hands and they wouldn’t over-do it.. They’ve been incredibly helpful in guiding me to the services that got me the results I wanted. I am loving the beautiful results and will continue aging gracefully with their expertise! I would highly recommend Synergy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. Seeing Dr. Nick Barber, Chiropractor, there. Also saw a naturopath there for trigger point injections. First Chiropractor that actually gives me good advice and suggestions to take home and try. We are still working on getting a good adjustment. Apparently I'm pretty rigid. Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Jason as a physiotherapist has been great. He's helped me find release from pain with both treatment and exercises. He’s both knowledgeable and kind.
Kevin has also been a great help as a chiropractor even after one session. He’s helped me understand some of the mechanics of my body and released some underlying tension that other chiropractors has missed. I look forward to my next sessions with him.
