★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenna is truly one of a kind . She genuinely cares and goes out of her way to find the root cause of your issue instead of just treating the symptoms. I have tried EVERYTHING( including specialist and the pain clinic ) for the past 4 years trying to help ease chronic shoulder , rib and hip pain and Jenna have been a lifesaver! I haven’t felt this good in 4 years , I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible for me to not be be in pain daily . Along with hands on therapy Jenna has introduced me to Shockwave Therapy and it is a absolutely game changer . I was told by other practitioners it was painful treatment so I was hesitant but NOT at all with Jenna , I find it relaxing and look forward to my sessions as she goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable at all times .
Please do yourself and your body a favour and goes see Jenna ! I can’t believe I can finally the see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel, I can see a future now when I couldn’t before and it is truly remarkable!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start off by saying I was skeptical not because of anything to do with Jenna but because I have tried Physio, chiro, massage and acupuncture and all of them could only take the pain away temporarily.
I have been suffering from next and shoulder tightness for years that would limit my sleep to 3-4 hours a night and very disturbed.
After my first visit with Jenna I was able to sleep 6 hrs and didn’t wake up with neck or back pain.
Night 2 was an astonishing 9 hours of sleep and again no pain.
She’s very good at what she does and isn’t about the bandaid fix that other treatments often provide.
Highly recommend her and now using her to aid other long term sports injuries

She is such a talented and knowledgable individual who really cares for her clients and their wellbeing. Her skillset is so broad I know that whatever issues I am facing, she is able to address them, treat them and I leave feeling better right away, with long lasting benefits. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in with a cane; I walked out without one. That's not to say I was "cured" but I left with significantly less pain than I arrived with. Jenna was professional, kind, thoughtful and, most importantly, effective. Her in office treatment was very helpful and I left with videos of exercises that I have every confidence will support continued recovery and long term health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had lower back pain for years, I went to multiple doctors to understand where the pain is stemming from. I went to Jenna as she was a referral from a close friend, I was hesitant as no one has been able to heal me.
When I met Jenna she made me feel very comfortable, she did her assessment while she was assessing me she explained what she was doing which made me feel very comfortable with her. Once she completed she explained what was
happening with my back, she worked her magic on my back. I had some homework to do which is necessary to achieve a pain free life. She explained everything for me to understand what was happening, I have been back pain free for years now. I would recommend Jenna to anyone who is unable to find the root cause of their issues with the main stream medical docs. She is absolutely personable, knowledgeable and wants to help you not pass you down to someone else. If you are having issues I would recommend Jenna.

On a very short notice, she accommodated me in between her appointments and helped me with the excruciating/intolerable pain. I highly recommend her expertise. Thank you very much Jenna!
