C	Carbon Copy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my Cannondale here a few weeks ago and can only say good things about this shop. They were patient and courteous with 30 mins left until closing. They were able to fit me appropriately and best of all had the best prices around. They are one of the few shops that still keep a full stock of road bikes to try and size up. Recommended fully from someone who purchased and visited most retailers in the GTA.

I made the trip to Neworld Cycle on the advice of a friend. I walked in with my rim and tire and was immediately greeted and served. Not only were the parts in stock, the staff made a recommendation and promptly fixed my wheel while I waited a total of 4 minutes. GREAT service.. Knowledgeable staff is an understatement. I will return to this shop for sure and fully recommend their service to any other so called "do-it-yourselfer". Thanks again team Neworld
M	Mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bike from Neworld and was treated to a very unwelcoming experience. An employee asked me if I needed any help and I told him I'm here to pick up my new mountain bike. He goes behind the counter with his back to me and he says 'you owe me x amount'. He then incorrectly setup my suspension and told me to go on YouTube if I need anything else. I went to a different shop to set up and fit my bike. Adjust suspension, wider saddle, shorter stem, put my pedals on etc. I bought a bike from Neworld and had to get it fitted at a different shop. Do not buy a mountain bike from Neworld. The deposits on the bikes aren't refundable and all sales are final they don't need to help you out since they have your money. Terrible customer service. I can't see myself coming back.

P	Paul G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After riding for about 1 month I went back for a tune up today. The mechanic did a great job of adjusting the drive train and ensuring the ride was in tip top shape. Even Jeff test drove as well! Also was in and out in under 20 minutes. thanks guys -- Was looking across Ontario for a new 2021 Emonda SLR and happen to find that Neworld Cycle had one available in stock. It started with a few initial phone calls to learn more about the bike and their service. They were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable to deal with on the phone. Once In the store, Jeff was really helpful and showed me several different products that would be most valuable to me. Ended up getting new shoes and lights as well. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and his team and I look forward to having my bike regularly maintained and service by the team. The Trek-Segafredo mugs were really cool as well! ;-)

I found New World Cycle on the web and thought I would give it a try (very glad that I did). When I arrived they brought my bike out to me, and I was able to test ride it to get a better feel of it. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and was a great help. I am extremely satisfied with my new bike and highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great quality bike.
A	Amber Plant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dismissive attitude and rude service. It's unfortunate we gave our money to this shop based on the poor experience we encountered. My partner and I visited several bike shops but Neworld was the worst in terms of service. Particularly a middle-aged male employee that had a very condescending and unpleasant attitude. Do yourself a favour and go to Brant Cycle or Bicycle Works. Both places provided far superior service. Instead of feeling good about our bike purchase it just left us with a bad taste in our mouth. I understand bike shops are going through unprecedented times and sky high demand, but I didn't experience this at other places and it is really deterring me from giving them business.

Although it took some time to get my hands on the order (almost 6 months), you can't fault Neworld on the supply chain issues that are happening right now. You can tell these guys are passionate in what they do, have high industry knowledge, and are welcoming to new riders!
