Graham and his son were extremely pleasant to work with, they also dealt well with replacement of damaged glass on our fireplace -within warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graham and his crew arrived just before the mega-heat-wave, and installed a heat pump on my house. In less than half a day, we had cool air, and had the first proper sleeps of our summer. His crew worked fast, and took time to walk me through the thermostat settings several times. I secured several quotes for the job, but chose Newell because Graham did the most detailed inspection of my heating system and provided all the information I needed to make an informed choice. My dog did not bark at Graham or his crew...and that says a lot because dogs know people.
