★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After looking into many furnaces to replace our old but reliable high efficiency one, we decided on a Trane. The whole furnace industry looked very questionable, with insider terminology and weird specs, made car sales look ethical. After a false start with another HVAC company, we decided on City Home Comfort in Toronto. Turned out to be a good choice. Two guys, four hours, cleaned everything up (left a broom behind). Quite pleased with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my furnace, AC and hot water tank replaced by City Home Comfort. I received a number of quotes on this work and City Home Comfort was competitively priced for the equipment offered. They were a pleasure to deal with and took the time to educate me on the options without trying to oversell me on any equipment. The installers were punctual, professional and friendly. They did not rush the job and ensured everything was done right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality service. I had them remove a tankless water heater (rental from a well known “reliable company”) because the pressure was too low. I initially talked to Shawn, and he advised me very professionally. City Home Comfort installed a John Wood 60 gallons Tank. 100% satisfied. (NB: the power vent is not really “ultra-quiet” but quiet enough).
Overall, I would recommend to all my friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with City Home Comfort. My furnace broke down and after talking with several companies, I found Shawn to be the most knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted me with deciding what furnace to buy and they installed it the next day. Also got my AC and HRV with them and they installed my new thermostat as well.
The pricing was very reasonable. The workers, Ken and Mo were efficient and very helpful at explaining how to maintain and take care of the equipment. They cleaned up afterwards as well.
I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant speak highly enough of Shawn, Chris and the team from City Home Comfort. I was suddenly without heat and hot water due to a gas leak in the middle of winter. I had had other companies pressure me to make quick decisions and sign lengthy contracts but not these guys. Shawn and Chris were patient and honest about my options, gave me the time to decide (and helped me with all my questions) and then installed the boiler right away. They stayed late on the installation day (~ 8 pm!) to get the job done and checked in afterwards to fine tune some glitches, ensuring a great job. The team were punctual, tidy, efficient and extremely helpful. The office sent text updates about the work.
I am extremely happy with their service and have recommended them to my friends and work colleagues. They were all of the above- responsive, professional, punctual, thorough and did a great job, tidying up as they went along.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing crew. I had a high efficiency combi boiler installed in my downtown condo. Project was considered challenging by many contractors who gave me an estimate as drywall also had to be removed to replace the old ducts with new PVC pipes. They also had to fish through the new PVC pipes. I've been dreading doing this project for a long time but these guys took it on and made the entire process painless and seamless from start to finish. The quote was quick and competitive and they were able to start work soon after. Work was excellent, crew was very respectful and took extra care to protect furniture. Shawn and Chris were amazing. I just can't say enough good things about them. Do not hesitate. Just go with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The initial process of setting up the ductless heating and A/C installation was smooth and without hassle due to the help of Shawn. Chris and his team handled the installation itself in a professional and personable way. They were careful not to make a mess, almost no clean up required on my end. They were also very considerate in that they took care not to impede road and sidewalk traffic around my house.
Excellent quality of work and service from start to end. I highly recommend CHC!
