★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 10:22 this morning there was a street car Eastbound on Kingston at Woodbine avenue.
The driver got out to assist an individual in a wheel chair load onto the street car.
A black Ford F150 with the lettering TOTAL RENOVATIONS in green decided despite the flashing red lights, and the flashing sign that says not to pass whilst doors are open decided to pass the street car on the right hand side not only endangering the transit operator and the person in the wheel chair but anyone that may have stepped off the streetcar as all doors were open.
Totally not acceptable.

After some talk and discussion, we quickly made decision. He and his team renovated the entire house very professionally, our communication was very smooth, clear and easy. what I liked about Mark was 1. He would provide detailed list that where money were spent on; the actual cost was right on budget number 2. He followed schedules very strictly, all things were done as planned. 3. He was very serious about getting work done properly, if he noticed something, he would get it resolved right away 4. He was very knowledgeable 5. the most important: He not just renovate a house, but make this house your HOME! we have lived in our home for 4months already, and my wife still keeps telling me she has noticed another detail that she loves.
