β β β β β Walk in Clinic takes appointments?? Update your stuff to non walk in. And plus anything to do with your mouth you cannot see a doctor. Mine isnβt related to covid lol and I still canβt see one lol

β β β β β It's time to look for new doctors office. Need to wait minimum 7 days for appointment with your family doctor for simple requisition that could be done over the phone. Walk in clinic is complete failure. Was left to wait in the car with 5 month old for 45 minutes and told that there is still 3 patients in front of me so it would be another 30-45. No wait time heads up upon check in. Very bad communication.

β β β β β Doctor Fernando was excellent and detailed with our families health before, now, idk wheres online site did doctor wng gets his license, that's why we are transferring to another clinic.

β β β β β I set an appointment, they changed it without notifying me and this place doesn't have appointment reminders (so I only was made aware because they charge for missed appointments). The receptionists do not have any sort of customer service skills (they act like it's an inconvenience to have to interact with anyone)... but Dr. Verma is nice (so they got 2 stars, instead of only one).

β β β β β They donβt have any available doctors if some of their doctors leave or just move forward to better clinic or resign. Then, if in some case there is doctor available like in my case, then he clearly let me know that l cannot have treatment like blood or ultrasound or any requisition bcs its too expensive for government and that he is more than enough to evaluate my health situation so l must clearly follow him. Sorry but bcs of egoistic doctors like that l lost two friends in last four years, bcs they think that they are above specialists. And at the end, when you finally find another descent clinic or doctor who is not so ego driven, you need to pay a fee for a click of the mouse to your records to be transferred to another clinic. Pathetic! For mu family i need to pay over 250 for click to transfer medical records! I know Brighton is big community, and one or two clinic, but for health i rather go to another part of town!

β β β β β Dr. Verma must have got his medical license online because the short time I have gone to see him he didn't help me or send me to a specialist who knows what they are doing. He only gave me the site to check out online to fix my own problems. Our medical has gone downhill so badly that we are only allowed 1 question and even then you are given a web site. It is so sad that we leave a doctor's office and feel that you received no answers. I would get more help at Tim Hortons across the parking lot.

β β β β β Was on a phone consult for my baby, and this doctor would not listen to me whatsoever. My daughter has been sick on and off for basically 3 months - not Covid. When trying to explain her history, he would cut me off. Seemed to be uninterested and in a rush to get me off the phone. His only βhelpβ was to see my family doctor and stating she is sick (obviously, itβs been 12 weeks if he listened) then I then tsars βthis doesnβt give me much options, but thank you ββ and he HUNG UP on me before I finished my sentence.
Iβve seen many walk in doctors in Calgary - Iβm from out of town, usually when I am here I will go to Riverbend, unfortunately, their walk-in clinic hadnβt started yet. I have never been treated as if a doctor donβt care about the patient. This is extremely disheartening as a mother who was just looking for some kind of answer or help for their baby to be ignored and hung up on. Would not recommend, not even if youβre in need of being seen right away. Go elsewhere.
