β β β β β Doctor Marcel Adam is an amazing person with a huge heart. My family love him so much and we are very grateful that he had been our doctor for the past 4 years. He always takes care of all of us and he is full of knowledge. He takes time to explain things and he truly cares about his patients. He's very professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely give him 5 stars! The girls at the front desk are very friendly as well, they are top level to say the least. I don't have anything negative to say about this clinic. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Doctor Marcel Adam is an amazing doctor. He is trustworthy and is answering all your questions. He actively listens to all inquires and concerns and calms you down while at the same time giving the right tests, blood works required in each situation. He than follows up and ensures you are set up with the right medication and right dosage. This for me is really important. His entire team is positive and helpful. For sure will recommend this amazing doctor.

β β β β β I've been a patient at this clinic for the past few years and all of the staff is wonderful. Dr Adam is a great doctor. He is very thorough when diagnosing and treating his patients and he genuinely cares for them. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and they keep the place organized. All in all, I don't plan on changing my doctor or clinic anytime soon.

β β β β β I have been seeing Dr.Adam since 2016, where he referred me to a Rheumatologist who I have seen yearly since. I was told by my Rheumatologist to set a new appointment with Dr.Adam to loop him in about my progress and new medication.
I have not seen Dr.Adam in a few years, due to Covid, seeing my Rheumatologist for updates, no need to see Dr.Adam on top of my other doctors appointments and quite frankly, not wanting to deal with his reception team.
I do quite like Dr.Adam and would prefer to keep seeing him, however I can't get past how rude his receptionists are. The one lady with the Scottish accent is lovely, but the rest are rude and make you feel like a burden every time you call or come in.
It's been a bit since I've needed to see him, I called to make an appointment where I was given a complete runaround to see him. After this last experience I will be looking for a new clinic.

β β β β β I was happy with the service of Dr. Marcel Adam from the first visit. He is very easy to speak with, what is very important! He is always pleasant, patient, and appeared to care about my health and well being. Always carefully taking time to ask questions and listen to me. My family trust him our health!
The office is clean and well run. Staff is polite and friendly.
I would recommend Dr. Adam to everyone as a knowledgeable and carrying doctor!!

β β β β β I had to have an oppointment for a walk in clink, went in to see a overweight doctor who had about as much interest in treating me as he would have cleaning his clogged sink, i'm having serious problems and never realy needed a doctor up until now, he was very interesed in sending me to physiotherapy, so i'm assumming its a friend or a "friendly referral" don't worry i'm not coming back, i do not want to burden you with being in severe pain. These doctors are paid tremendously well and our goverment is one of the highest spenders on health care in the world, we are also one of the highest taxed countries in the world, HEALTH CARE IS NOT FREE! and we are paving the way to private health care with our tremendously high personal taxes, canada is slowly becoming a severely corrupt country, yes the " POLICE POLICING THEMSELVES" the gap between working people and stupidly overpaid professionals, crooked politicians and clueless rich people that live on another planet, are causing fast decline in our working middle class, and yes this is last of the population that's left with a conscience.

β β β β β Dr Adam is very knowledgeable , caring about his patients, and without hesitation continues to go above and beyond to meet his patients needs! The reception team is amazing, very accommodating and polite over the phone, so it comes to a shock to me and this is why I am VERY confused as to why such negativity towards front staff when I always call or go there they are super helpful!!
I would 1000% recommend this clinic to anyone as I completely trust that I am in good hands!!!
Thank you Dr Adam for your continued care and efforts to help me in any way you can!! Thank You front desk team for making my experience as smooth as possible!!
