★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this spa after doing extensive research about laser hair removal. I am dark skinned, hairy and have sensitive skin. Waxing and shaving was not for me as I got irritated skin, So I was extra careful in deciding where to get me laser hair removal. I went there for my consultation and was satisfied with their customer service, I found that their machines are on best top rated machines available in the market( Inmode, Fotona and Alma). They did not rush me or promise me fake results. They offered services per session and also by packages. I chose to buy the package deal and have been going there for my appointments before covid and now after. I saw results after every session. The big gap in between my sessions did not help but realistically speaking I know I may need a more sessions than what the package is offering.When I chose laser hair removal it was a comitment and knowing that I am in cable hands I will continue. I'm comfortable and find them to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am in competent hands and am sharing this with every one for their information. I would recommend this spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been nearly a customer for almost a year and I have to say this spa is amazing. Staff are stunning as well as friendly. Boutique is clean, accommodating, and smells great. They have many services for the lady, the man, or the transgender individual in society. They welcome all with open arms! I originally came to New Age Medical Spa and Laser Hair Removal upon a friend's advice, and tip, about an occasional deal rate with an installment plan for laser hair removal on my face and chin region and never regretted on signing up. I do plan to return once the dark hair is gone as I have to then work on white hairs resistant to laser but not though electrolysis! Another service that this boutique offers also with competitive rates. AGAIN! It's those rates that always puts this boutique clinic spa at the top of the list above other boutiques in this area of Kitchener-Waterloo. They are kind. considerate and will work with you if you're on a tight budget. All I can say is don't ignore this spa boutique as they are always on the cutting edge and always upgrading their facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to New Age Medical Spa since July 2018 for my laser hair removal needs and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results!
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and super professional. They always see me on time, always answer the phone when I call, and kindly send me reminder emails regarding my appointments well in advance to ensure there are no scheduling issues.
They also have the best prices in town (I shopped around!!!) and they offer many packaged deals, which save you even more! And even with the great price point, they never sacrifice on quality as they use only the top of the line and most up to date equipment and tools.
I will have my last laser treatment this month and am very happy with both the treatment process (quick and painless) and the overall results (no more hair - yay)! I plan on using their other services next including facials, manicures etc. as I have heard great reviews on those services as well.
Overall, I would highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the fast and effective results! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming – they treat you like family. I had an amazing experience with Sheema, who was very friendly, knowledgably and was accommodating to my schedule. I have told all my friends and family about this clinic, and I highly recommend anyone who wants excellent service to come here. Definitely the best clinic I’ve been to and I can’t recommend it enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Botox and spent over $600 for my forehead to look the same. Only worked in the middle of my eyebrows but is already starting to go away after 1 month. Upset to waste my money for no improvement

I first started going here for laser hair removal on my legs. Katrina was so welcoming and professional. Having this service done 10 years ago and still having hairless legs has been amazing!
I have been receiving botox and filler here with Kasia for around 3 years. I love how she listens to me and ensures that I look natural but also to prevent future wrinkles coming in. My lips are always well done and not overly done. I have been so happy and will always come back. I highly recommend Kasia and this spa to everyone that asks where I go. I have sent many friends there and they always are so happy and rave about their experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheema is the best! I was SO happy with my laser hair removal results. I have very thick hair and even just after the first appointment I was already seeing incredible results. She really cares and ensures that the machine is turned up enough so that you always see results after each session. She is also lovely to talk to and time always flies by quickly during a session! Would highly recommend.
