★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the service is simply inadequate. Deep wrinkles on suit pants, shirts not properly cleaned. If you live in Bois-Franc, do not succumb to the convenience of the location. They have bad reviews for a reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a blazer for dry clean, it turned out over pressed. The front chest area were very stiff and has bubbles. Sent back 2 times, no better result (did not do any treatment). Finally spoked with the owner Jay and promised to look into it personally and call me back. But never happened! I called few times, left message to call back "never happened". I don't see to waste my time to run after such irresponsible people. So, stay away for this cleaner....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I was totally impressed ...... drop off was totally in French pick up in English. ... such amazing service. .... my cocktail dress has never looked so good the service was so much better than my usual spot in Laval. My hats off to them ....I wish I asked the girl at the counter her name.
So I could give her 5 stars......I will next time. ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to another dry cleaners with a terrible stain from a night out with the boys no one was able to get it out till I tried lavio. The owner was great and told me he would try his best. That he did.. Stain no more! Very happy and been there many times since. 5stars for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband got paint on his brand new Canada Goose coat. They reassured me not to worry and returned the coat back to me like it was brand new! Such a relief! I was very happy with their customer service and quality of work. I’ll definitely be going back there again :)
