★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought two suits for dry cleaning. The woman at the desk was very nice and professionnal. When I came back to get my suits 5 days later, they had lost my hangers. Ok...my fault I guess for having forgotten to take them with me when I brought my clothes. Apparently, everyone knows you don't leave you're hangers at the cleaners. I get home and find out that both suits are wrinkled and the lines pressed on the pants is besides the previous line. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I bring back 2 more suits hoping for a better experience on the following monday. I call back on thursday, the day I was promised the suits would be ready and they tell me they have issues with the delivery service and my suits will only be available on the next tuesday (good thing I called). The woman at the desk did her best and managed to have it delivered on saturday instead. I ask her to call me when it arrives so I can come pick it up; she agrees... They never called and I had to call back to follow-up... I learned they ship everything at a store on the Plateau Mont-Royal for cleaning since they don't clean anything at their store. As much as I want to be understanding and flexible, I'm on a very busy schedule and I don't have the time to deal with this poor quality and service. I give 1 star for the overall experience and add another star for doing an effort and getting my suits on saturday instead of tuesday. I'm going to look for another dry cleaner in the area for my futur cleaning needs.
