★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm on vacation in Montreal for a month and needed a place to get some laundry done. So I took a chance and found this place on Google. What an awesome find!!! They really did a fantastic job with my clothes but the customer service I received really made my day. I rarely post reviews but the customer service I received was exceptional and I felt I had to make mention of it. The owners were very nice and I'm so happy i was able to support this business. I would encourage anyone looking for a professional, friendly and clean place for your laundry service to consider BUANDERIE Du PARC.

I came in around 2pm to drop off a bag of clothes for wash and fold service and was able to pick up same-day before the shop closed at 7pm. The owner Hussein was incredibly kind! We had a little slip accident while hiking Mont Royal that resulted in my boyfriend’s sneakers being completely covered in mud. Hussein took the extra care to make sure the mud came out and the shoes look great now.
If you’re in town and need a reliable spot for your laundry, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back if we return to Montreal.

Pick ups are always on time. The owner is in constant contact with his clients and he is always available for questions and/or last minute requests. The clothes are in prestine quality and neatly folded/on a hanger upon delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a student in a big apartment complex has its ups and downs. Sometimes it is easy to access the laundry machines, while at other times it is hard, especially if they are broken. After finding this laundromat all my worries were taking care of. I can drop it off, have it done all for a reasonable price and then I can pick it up at my convenience. They handle my laundry with care and I can trust that it will be done well. The owner is a very nice, personable and hardworking man as well. If you have any laundry needs I suggest that you check this laundromat out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was wonderful. As someone here for 2 weeks for work and doesn’t speak French, I was nervous to go to a laundromat. But they were so helpful! The man working provided coins, soap, and literally did everything for me. He let me know exactly what time it would be finished and I paid him in cash when it was all done. And there’s a cute cafe next door or a park a few blocks away to hang out at while you wait.
