Very efficient. In and out quick. This style of care is sometimes amazing because all you need is a quick perscription. The 1* reviews are from people who want a doctor who will chit chat and really care about your personal life. This place has good doctors but they want to pump people in and out. No time for making friends here.

Save yourself a trip, because mine was a waste!! Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a walk-in clinic. Dr. Wasan Al-Shaar was so unprofessional, impatient and lacked skills in so many ways!!! She kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my concern, and when I did get a chance to complete my sentence, she didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying. She had no compassion and quite frankly, she seemed like she was in a rush. Funny enough, there was no one else waiting for her. That should’ve been my first red flag All she wanted was to prescribe me medication and send me on my way, which also did nothing for my condition. This woman should not be a practicing doctor. She does not have the people skills, nor does she seem to really care about her patient’s health. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Absolutely awful doctors and staff. I went to this clinic to get a pregnancy hormone (B HCG) test, urine test, and prenatal bloodwork requisition. Dr. Srajedin seemed to be in a rush and I explained when I was there, he cut me off stating he knows what to do. I confirmed a few times that did he get the hormone test, he said yes everything is there. He also pushed me to do the urine test at their clinic and the rest of the bloodwork at any lab. The receptionist was speaking on a bullet train and kept pronouncing my doctor's name wrong because it was an Indian name that she seemed to have trouble with. The fact that I repeated it 5 times, she should have tried to fix it - she was calling Banerjee as Banjerine. Also, she said the results come in 3 business days when they work everyday. She also said I would be called once they arrive, I had to call the 3rd day to ask and someone was being rude about how I have to add it to 5 days on weekends. If it was so much work, why didn't you just let me do this at a lab? Oh ofcourse, you get money for doing urine tests at your clinic. Well, at least be professional and polite, pregnancy is a sensitive matter and I don't appreciate you stressing me out like this. Furthermore, I had to call 2 days later asking for my results and she said yeah they are here but then noone called me. When we went to the clinic, she was rude about how noone called because they just came in and the doctor hasn't even looked at it yet. The doctor we went to said Dr. Srajedin did not add the bHCG test so I was baffled that I still do not have that result. She gave a requisition again with that and now I have to go again to do a bloodtest. This week I am also dealing with final exams all week along with work, do you think I have time for your nonsense? If you do not care or have any compassion, do not practice medicine because that's the first thing you should be doing.

Was in here this evening, very quick in and out no time wasted in the waiting room and then wasted again waiting for the Doctor in the exam room. Even though it's quick, the quality of care is still very good. Sometimes you just need this type of medical help when other places fail you. The one star reviews on here are from people who need their hand held and have an incessant need to chat everyone up. You won't get that here, just straightforward medical care.

One of my friends had seen Dr. Srajeldin on the Sugar Baby site “Seeking Arrangements” also known as “SA" in Oakville before. He goes by "Eldin3d" I guess . That was pretty awkward to be seen by someone like that, now looking back on the exam he performed. The receptionist seemed to have very basic communication skills and was rude. I’ve been in on two occasions and neither time was there any hand soap in the washroom…. I also had to tell the Dr. To put a new disposable cover on the thermometer before I used it! Who knows if they even replace them after each patient or if that was just a one time incident.??

I’m not sure what her name is but the female doctor that works there isn’t very nice or friendly? I went to see her twice and both times I had bad experience with her. She doesn’t really listen and is impatient, she also lacks empathy and compassion.

Dr. Ali Al-Kazely Treated me for almost 5 years, I said all the same symptoms to him and he had the audacity to tell me that they were psychosomatic. Since leaving his care I have gotten 3 medical diagnosis and am now thriving. He was and is, my worst experience with medical professionals and wish desperately I had not stayed in his care for as long as I did. Felt patronized as a woman and was told directly by him that he did not want to send me for testing because it was too much paperwork. Would highly not recommend. Also he yells at his receptionist in front of patients.

Horribly rude staff! I called to find out their hours and if they take patients up until their stated closing hour. They said they did. Got there an hour before closing only to be told that they weren't taking more appointments because they had too many people. I explained that I had called ahead. I had a sick daughter with me, and no real apology for the headache and inconvenience, and the doctor came out and told me that I could "Go to emergency" in a rude tone because I said I didn't understand why when I called I wasn't told they might stop taking appointments early. How hard is that? Instead the very rude receptionist made sure to tell me that they didn't run a 24/7 clinic. Really? When I was there an hour before closing?? Whatever happened to people caring? You're supposed to care about sick patients, and telling me to go to emergency, which is overrun with people who should be seeing clinic doctors, has become a huge problem, especially during Covid. The receptionist also told me that she had been working since 8 am. I'm sorry, but isn't this your job? If you want regular hours, go to Walmart. Totally rude, I won't be back.
