There wasn't a sole in the waiting area so I guess the staff wanted to go home early. There is nothing on the website or posted inside that indicates what the cut off time is for walk in appointments.

Although Dr. Patel has been an excellent doctor, the reception staff need to be reviewed. They are never pleasant to talk. They come off annoyed when I would ask any questions. After my most recent conversation with his staff, I'm considering going to a new doctor, which is unfortunate as I thoroughly trust Dr. Patel with any of my medical needs.
A	A L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the new walk in today and wasn’t impressed. They wouldn’t look at my infant son because he didn’t have a COVID test. They said I needed to go home, wait an hour for a doctor to go over his symptoms to then have me come back if at all. While there are others waiting in the waiting room, i didn’t understand why we needed to leave. Going over symptoms wasn’t going to treat the reason we came on. Absolutely ridiculous! Went to the ER at Mac and actually received care and answers without needing a COVID test.
R	Rich Susik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give them minus 5 stars, so 1 start is already too much. How is this clinic still in business? Is this just money laundering company? Staff is lousy, arrogant. Walk-in clinic and you need to book appointment? Hours posted on door differs when you call main line and then differs even more if you are in for "screening"? So no way to get any service even more the 1 hour before of any of the closing time. And even if you get into waiting room, staff will choose who the doctor on duty will see based on your skin color. STAY AWAY!!!
