★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in about 30 minutes ago in desperate search of Sweety Peppers (which I've gone to a couple of grocery stores for). I asked the girl that was helping with the self-serve if she's ever seen them and she made it her mission to get them for me. She also asked another two employees for help getting me find them and both were super helpful. All three made me experience 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean. You can get almost everything you want. Organic or regular produce. Giant Deli section. Fresh cut meat. Lots of options s for Gluten free, dairy free products.

this fortinos location is one that is out of my way but is an 8 minute walk from a friend's house when i visit him on the stoney creek mountain.
it's a great option to have fortinos nearby instead of buying overpriced take out food when you've got the munchies watching nfl or nhl games.
the upper centennial location is very consistent in representing what fortinos is all about. i feel comfortable and confident shopping here as i would at eastgate or dundurn, or at mall road, to get the things i need and want. ?
a word of thanks to marissa from the hot food section, for going above and beyond to make sure my chicken wings food order was taken care of today. (oct 31/21).
the staff here are polite and friendly overall, willing to help you with your grocery shopping needs.
bottom line: i would use, and would recommend to others, to use this fortinos location if you're in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically fresh produce, superior to other grocery stores like fresh co, food basics, and no frills in terms of quality and freshness. Good quality meat, especially the beef. Fortinos has always had slightly higher prices than other grocery stores, which is justified, but lately I've noticed straight up price gouging. Furthermore, the quality of certain bakery items has seriously declined. I bought croissants recently, and they were absolutely inedible. In the past they were made with real butter and were great...I read the ingredients and they're now made with some hydrogenated oils, and tasted really awful.
I will continue to shop here for my fresh produce, meat and fish, but I think I'll be going elsewhere for other items so I'm not paying literally double the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had wonderful service twice in 1 week at this particular store. Big shout out to Madison in the bakery...she went above and beyond when I ordered a cake for my office's anniversary luncheon. She took it upon herself and actually checked our website and put our logo on the cake...we were are thrilled when we saw it, and the strawberry shortcake was absolutely delicious!
Later in the week, I purchased steaks for our dinner that evening, however they were left at the cashier. I did not realize until much later in the day. I called and they checked in the book that the cashiers keep, for these types of incidents, and told me to come to customer service on my next trip and they would replace the steaks...I returned late that evening and unfortunately there weren't any of the steaks I purchased left in the display, so customer service called them, the butcher cut me fresh steaks and the brought them up to customer service for me.
It is so nice to receive customer service that exceeds my expectations. Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a slab of cupcakes for my son's 2nd birthday. And really did not have terribly high expectations for a cake from a grocery store to be honest. The only details we really gave them is that it was a construction themed birthday party, and the colours were black and yellow. And let me tell you that they blew us away!! It was so incredible looking. We had no idea they were going to get that detailed for us. Everyone was so impressed. If anyone needs a cake or cupcakes for ANY event, seriously use these guys. **We did add all the little trucks and signs ourselves. But everything else was them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a 5pc Crispy Tenders with onion rings and it's was mostly burnt to a crisp.
I was hungry so I ate what was edible but it was awful.
Fortinos I'd like a refund, at that time I'll remove this bad review.
