Informing a customer while they are checking out that they have a right to have limits isn't the time. Yes it says in there flyer they have the right to limit the amount of a item a customer can purchase, but it must be posted on the product at the time for all customers knows, the customer is not a mind reader.

d	davidmk001 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Have a decent selection. Clean and friendly staff. It's limitations are that it's a smaller footprint so limited assortment (compared to say, Fortinos down the road) and produce quality can sometimes be a miss.

V	Virginia Swartz-Moncrieffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only grocery store in Binbrook and for the most part it is good place to shop, agree it is clean and the staff are very nice, however I must say the produce, particularly the fruit; although appears to be fresh, some of it does not have a good shelf/refrigerator life, seems like as soon as I get it home it goes bad. Very hard to find good Avocado and berries are often moldy on the bottom, have to check all the trays, flip them over and check to make sure they are dry and free of mold. If they could improve the quality of the fruit then I would give them 5 stars, but for now just 3.

Taking a star off for two reasons which I hope the management can fix/improve: 1- Prices scanned are different than prices that you see on shelves and in the produce section. When you bring it up to cashier’s attention, they have to walk over and grab the whole sign. The answer I got was “oh the prices must be going up later today and they are already programmed in the system.” Firstly don’t increase the prices on the system before you change prices on your products, unless you’re hoping people don’t notice so you can trick people by showing them something on the product but charging them a higher price. Second: why are prices going higher? If you’re priding yourself on cheaper prices, why are you making your prices same as Fortinos? 2- shopping carts are plenty at the entrance but I couldn’t see the smaller shopping baskets that you can carry around. I only needed few items and having a basket would have been quick and easy but couldn’t see them near the entrance where you usually find them.
