★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Very clean, polite staff. Lots of options for ceramics to paint over. It takes a week to pick up the final product. Birthday party room is available there. However it is small and narrow. If kids wanted to run around - it is not the place for that. It is more for sitting down, painting a piece, having snacks and cake and leaving. It would best suit for a girls parties ages 7 and up rather than boys parties or mixed groups. We were scared that our boys will knock something over the entire time we were there. But overall a good experience. I would go again. Was fun.
PS dear staff, plz collect the paints back into jars far away from customers sight. Reusing/ recycling is great for sure. But makes clients feel so sad for you squeezing drops back into bottles. Despite this tiny aspect, this is a great place to go with kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great way to spend a couple of hours. Well run and safe (Stage 3 in Ontario) Choose your pottery, paint it at a clean sanitizer table with all the paint supplies you need, pick it up in 5 -7 days all fired and glazed. Professionally run and excellent customer service! 5 stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a reservation for 3 people today at 12:30pm. When we got to the studio, all tables were full and it looked like everyone just started painting. The employee told us that they had overbooked and everyone at the tables had a reservation. I was very disappointed at the service. We were not contacted in advance. We drove 45 minutes to the studio just to end up driving back home. The employee didn't even offer any alternatives such as rebooking or picking out a piece to take home and paint. I've had many other positive experiences at other locations but this was the first time trying out Stoney Creek. Let's just say they made a little girl very sad today. The photo below was before we went in (blurred for privacy). She was so excited to paint. Next time, please don't over book reservations.
