f	ferg9696 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son visited here and needed a filling previously which she couldn't do because she did have the smaller tools needed and refered us to another dentist (safari dentistry in Burlington who were fantastic). when i brought him back 6 months later she told me he needed an additional 5 fillings which is insane. she then started to book another appointment and i asked what the point because she couldn't do the procedure to which she replied well I can if he can sit still. my son was 4 not happening. so booked with safari dentistry he said he definitely did not have 5 cavities, he had one really small soft spot. The amount of guilt and pressure she applied for an unnecessary procedure told me all i need about this woman. maybe she worked her way through school working as a used car sales person. On-top of this the secretary is rude and abrasive. With all the options in the neighborhood for dentists i would definitely urge you to go somewhere else...... anywhere else

Dr. Filice is great with kids and she understands because she is a mom herself. Mine can’t wait to sit in her comfy leather chairs and choose something cool from the treasure chest at the end of their visit! Dr. Nadia is the best hands down!

They all are hard working at what they do and it doesn’t go unnoticed. From the moment I step foot into that office, to the moment I leave I always feel like I’m in good hands. With covid still prevalent, I feel protected and at ease as their protocols/procedures put in place can ensure everyone’s safety. Thank you for everything that you have done, and continue to do to keep me safe and healthy! I highly recommended this dental office!

I have had bad experiences with Dentist's in the past and I have now found a team that is caring, compassionate, friendly and most professional. I have no qualms about visiting the Dentist anymore and I refer Dr. Filice an her team any chance I can.

My daughter needed care and the place I was going to brushed me off. Dr. Fillice took excellent care of her and gave great advice offering minimally invasive care. As for myself, I won’t share all the gory details but I basically was the worst patient ever. Literally. High severe anxiety, flight risk, a crier, panic attacks. You name it. They are the best and most supportive dental team I’ve ever had. I will never willingly go anywhere else. Thanks to their unconditional kindness and patience I no longer fear the going to the Dentist, I celebrate my dental milestones with them. I never thought it would be possible. Don’t even get me started on the standard of customer care on the phones and reception.

Dr. Filice was great with him and made him feel comfortable. She also educated my 4 year old on dental hygiene and he can’t stop talking about all the good dental habits that she mentioned. I always say that there are many professionals in every industry but every once in a while you come across a professional like Dr. Filice who is not only a fantastic dentist but a great person.
