★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allo, je suis passé chez le Naturaliste sur la rue Masson car je regardais pour m'acheter un diffuseur d'huile essentielle et je voulais de l'extrait de pépins de pamplemousse et l'huile essentielle Ravintsara, j'avais une bonne idée des prix car j'avais fait des recherches sur le Net...La jeune fille qui était là a pris le temps de me conseiller, je suis partie de là avec le diffuseur Melrose Gaya qui était en promotion à 69.99 , y'avait un coffret de 5 huiles essentielles d'une valeur de 75 $ acheter à l'unité gratuit
et je voulais avoir un bijou pour le Ravintsara qui était aussi en promotion 14.99 le bracelet et j'ai eu le Ravintsara 19.99$ gratuit avec...cool...l'extrait de pépins de pamplemousse 17.99 $ pour 30 ml en tout cas le tout m'a couté 118.39 tx inc. et j'ai économisé 119.97 alors le tout aurait du me couter 238.36 $ Merci à la jeune vendeuse de m'avoir guidé dans mes achats et de m'avoir fait sauvé 120.00$ Je suis rentrer chez moi et j'était vraiment contente...Merci à toi ma belle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bonne service à clientèle. J'y ai été pour des huiles essentielles et un diffuseur. L'employée m'a laissé sentir des demos à travers le masque. C'était vraiment bien, je ne pensais pas que c'était possible.
Mesures : Maximum 4 clients + un a l'entrée, désinfectant à l'entrée, plexiglas à la caisse.
Very good customer service. I was there for essential oils and a diffuser. The clerk let me feel demos through the mask. It was really good, I didn't think it was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Naturiste est désormais une autre boutique de produits pour votre bien-être, mais cela n'a plus rien à voir avec les fondateurs du lieu. Dire depuis 1968 est faux...
Il n'y a pas de naturopathe sur le site et la femme qui bosse au site de cette rue qui semble se donner des critiques narcissiquement envers son propre service en ligne n'a aucune idée des produits. mon propre bien-être consiste à lire ce qu'il y a à l'intérieur des produits et à éduquer mes propres connaissances ! Je ne suis pas sûr que la direction teste ses employés sur les dangers des mauvaises combinaisons de produits ! Quand ils sont vendeurs, ils ne connaissent rien d'autre que la vente !
Le Naturiste is now another store of products for your well-being, but this no longer has anything to do with the founders of the place. To say since 1968 is false ...
There is no naturopath on the site and the woman who works at the site on this street who seems to be narcissistically criticizing her own online service has no idea what the products are. my own well-being is reading what's inside the products and educating my own knowledge! I'm not sure management is testing their employees for the dangers of wrong product combinations! When they are salespeople, they know nothing but sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potentially dangerous place. Don't buy anything where you have to snip the ends off small glass vials by hand. Glass shards can break off and end up in your stomach and then your intestinal tract wreaking havoc. I had stabbing pains for three weeks and had to go the the hospital. Beware. No need for such a risk.

Not impressed by the mildly ludicrous sales approach by the franchisee at the masson street with some woman posing as miss know it all when one can laugh seriously at the primitive knowledge of her naturopathy. Why isn't there a shop downtown we have to go extreme west or to the south shore for a Naturiste shop in Montréal ! Are those Franchises! They don't seem equally managed correctly. Lack of standard.
