Very bad service, Very expensive, When you have an equipment to fix they will try to change parts which don't need to be change just to make you pay more. Very disappointed. I expected a much better job from a big store like this.

Purchased a 1/16-in ID x 1/8-in OD x 12-in long fuel line. I love supporting local businesses but I can’t afford to pay almost double than the big box stores! Second time I buy here, very expensive!

I personally come here to refill my BBQ propane tank but from what I see the employee are knowledgeable about the machines that they are selling and renting. The down part is that sometime you can wait up to 15 minutes to be served as they are only 2 people to serve de customers.

It’s very unfortunate that I have to give these people one star. I came on a Saturday to buy a gas snow blower dealt with a young man who service Seems fine and knowledgeable. I ended up buying an electric powered 1 stage snow blower. I came here to support the local business the same model was for sale at Home Depot for $50 less yet I decided to come here. Big mistake. In purchasing the machine I specifically asked what is the return policy the young man said seven days no questions asked just don’t use it. One hour after I purchased a machine I realized that the machine might be too small for its use and wanted to buy a two stage instead. In other words ready to even give them $1000 more minimum. I call back in an hour I explain the situation and even email them to have it on file. The young man said something very suspicious to me which didn’t make sense. That the machine was registered under warranty and now doesn’t know if I can return it an hour later on a Saturday. Of course I said to him what are you talking about I want to buy another machine why would you register this he said to me come back on Monday and we will figure it out. Which I did. I call once again before coming and He explains to me that there is a $50 fee for registering the machine for nothing. We know that’s a lie this doesn’t exist. And user Always registers the machine. I then tell him it’s Crazy because I’m even willing to buy a two stage machine which was $170 more expensive than Home Depot and was willing to settle and meet in the middle and still pay more. All that being said I called Toro Head Office on my way there To find out that the machine was never registered and it’s probably a restocking fee that they changed the verbiage to. I came here Toro must’ve called him of course he gave me my complete refund I did not buy the 2 stage machine and Toro lost a loyal customer. The reason I did not buy the second machine is because instead of apologizing he blamed it on the language issue which I am bilingual and so was the salesman. They said that they were going to only charge me $50 more than Home Depot which is total BS. I understood very well what they said I challenged them on it and they had no choice. Trying to help a private store sometimes can bite you in the butt. Which means I need to go to Home Depot now and buy it from there In my opinion this was a very unethical and very unprofessional way to treat a loyal customer.
