★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever getting a rental - booked onllne and it was an hour process to once again give all of my personal information. I was charged more than the online quote and the employee did not explain, he did absolutely nothing to find a response for me. I emailed mgmt, three weeks later still no response. I suggest you go next door over and use Avis, I would have but by the time I was about to the Avis employee was t available and I'd already wasted an hour.
